“Do Not order from this company! 15/12/23 I ordered a personalised necklace, in this gift bag on the 9th of November, for my daughters 21st birthday at the end of the month and way before the Christmas rush. The necklace was dispatched then the company lost it. Then I was told a 2nd necklace was ordered and to be patient and wait 12-15 days, which I did. But yet another failure by the company, they never processed the order, now it's too late to get a personalised item by Christmas. Yet they are you still advertising for people to buy, when you can not cope with a single order from 9th November. I doubt if you will get your goods.”
