“Necklace Ordered 2 months ahead of Christmas and I never received the item. It looked lost by the carier early enough so they would have had enough time to issue a new necklace and send it with UPS express but although I asked this was never offered. Now over 7 days after receiving notification of the refund I still haven’t seen it. It was my 1st and last time using this website”

“Finally received the bracelet weeks after the app saying was completed. Customer service was useless. Upon receiving the bracelet it looks nice but if you try and adjust the length it feels like it’s about to snap. Never would I use this company again”
