“Was missing off my order, refund refused so had to wait for a replacement to arrive - arrived 2 hours before the item was due to be given. Bag was creased and bent from packaging. Definitely not worth £5. It’s a basic bag that would usually be included with such expensive jewellery”

“Necklace Ordered 2 months ahead of Christmas and I never received the item. It looked lost by the carier early enough so they would have had enough time to issue a new necklace and send it with UPS express but although I asked this was never offered. Now over 7 days after receiving notification of the refund I still haven’t seen it. It was my 1st and last time using this website”
