“Beautiful bag. Purchased for my daughter’s birthday. Superb customer service was kept updated from the moment the item was ordered. I thought I had made a mistake with the lettering so had to contact customer support via WhatsApp. Matter was dealt with in minutes. A premium product from a premium company. Will certainly be ordering again hopefully this time for myself!”
