“The tote bag is nice, just like the picture on your website. The delivery I was disappointed. The tote bag was placed in a box with no cover to protect the bag. If anything spilled or it was dropped the tote bag would have been ruined. I would have thought with the number of emails from your company you would have taken a little time to wrap the tote bag with care. Or maybe a Thank you note in the box. it's the details that matter. Thank you”

“The bag itself is beautiful. But the way they packaged and sent it to me as very mediocre. No luxury to it at all. No receipt no tissue paper separating the bags. Just two bags thrown in a box.”

“FABULOUS! I knew I would like this bag, but I was not prepared to be blown away by its beauty! I am thrilled with my purchase! I wanted a structured bag with plenty of room, and this bag fits the bill. Not too big for everyday use, but large enough to fit shopping purchases or maybe a small beach towel for the pool...it's JUST right. The fabric is lovely. Enhanced by the gorgeous pearls, the gold letters from the monogram set the bag off elegantly. I am so sad that I ordered the bag just before the Memorial Day BOGO sale...I would have loved to have another one! You will be very pleased if you order this beautiful bag. It would make a wonderful gift for someone special.”
