“I ordered two bangles both personalised, both with very different personal meanings to me. The week before the bangles arrived I had a series of emails telling me that they were being checked by ythe quality control department as nothing ever leaves them unless it is 100% perfect, so I felt that my order were in very safe hands. When my order arrived a week or so later which were almost a month after I ordered it, I were over the moon with the first bangle as it were a dedication my late Mum who I lost in 2020, it were so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes. So I couldn't wait to see the next bangle that were a dedication my whole family, only to find they had sent me two identical bangles of the one that I had ordered as a tribute to my dear Mum. At first I panicked thinking I had made a terrible mistake, until I checked my order to realise it were indeed Abbott Lyon's mistake. Since then I have been sending emails back & forth daily for almost a week, first they naturally wanted to see the two bangles, then they wanted a copy of my original order, I mean do they not keep that themselves, well just as well I did, but since I sent my copy of my original order they have failed to reply to me. So far I'm not impress with Abbott Lyon at all if I'm honest and I'm not holding out much faith that they may even change this bangle that they messed up!”

“The clasp on the bangle is very loose resulting in the bangle constantly falling off my wrist onto the floor. Have reported this as I would expect better quality for the cost of the bangle.”

“The Bangle is beautiful but it constantly opens when I am wearing it and falls. The clasp let's it down as opens too easily. I don't wear mine as I've dropped it so many times, I'm afraid of losing it.”

“FAULTY PRODUCT - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE recieved my bracelet and was so excited to wear it only for it to fall off after 5 minutes. The clasp was faulty. After emailing, chasing multiple times I was sent a replacement only for the same thing to happen. The bracelet fell off. I emailed notifying the company and still haven't had a response to my email. So at the point in time it's 6 weeks since my order and I have no bracelet”

“Bangle is really nice , only problem is the clasp that locks it constantly pings open I bought 3 and all 3 are not secure that have fallen off my wrist at least 3 times and I’ve had them less than 2weeks , when you try to make contact no one gets back to you , so your just constantly writing emails hoping someone responds it’s actually a joke to be honest”
