“Gift for my daughter for Christmas very disappointed as the fastner keeps coming undone when wearing have contacted customer services and they asked for a video of it coming undone while wearing difficult trying to video to say the least could you just take my word for it !!!!! All the talk of after sales service its not good this was my second purchase!!¡”

“Bangle was thinner and smaller than expected, however, the main disappointment is the almost invisible engraving. Total waste of money, a useless present & Abbot Lyon won't refund as it's a 'custom' piece. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone & everyone I show the bangle to agree that the engraving/stamps are very poor.”

“Although the bangle was nice to look at the quality is very bad as poorly made. I bought 2 bangles (both engraved) and both the clips don’t work. I’ve reported this to abotts Lyon advising I’m happy to return to them since they’re clearly not fit for purpose all be it I love them…. But, no surprise. ….. had zero response. So very disappointing indeed and money wasted”

“It arrived at 10am I put it on straight away and was thrilled with it. When my husband got home from work at 6pm I showed him it and a stove had already come out. Beautifully packaging and I was really happy with the look of it but it didn’t even last a day. So disappointing and how it past quality control I don’t know.”
