“Bought the custom name bracelet which arrived and is of such good quality. Unfortunately, I ordered the birthstone to go with it but it did not arrive with it. However, customer service was really quick to help offering to refund the extra amount I initially paid for the birthstone as well as sending a replacement bracelet which they have since done. Great customer service and great brand. I have since bought another necklace and bracelet which too look beautiful and don’t rust or tarnish whatever you do. Look forward to buying soon! Great website if you’re looking to buy a gift also!”
