“The bracelet was missing in my original order and Abbott Lyon customer service were great with sorting out another order of the bracelet (unfortunately same dispatch time due to custom order). My replacement order's chain is a little more stiff than my other bracelets ordered earlier (which makes it a little uncomfortable) hence 3 stars review.”
