“Excellent communication. Decent goods. Just the delivery company was a nightmare. Delivery was cancelled and then delivered anyway. Driver caused damage to customer property due to incompetence, and then just left with no more than a verbal apology and without dealing with the damage of a few hundred Euros. No delivery papers and not enough stability of packing. The goods had fallen over and had to be inspected for damages. Shame, your delivery company is going to tell me the sub company that carried out the delivery. Let's see.”
