“Removal of the damaged table and delivery of the new one were made today. We built the new, all is well, and we like it a lot. Despite our first disappointment, we appreciated your attention and seriousness and are we are really happy today.”

Delivery is fast. The price / quality ratio is unbeatable. Installation is easy (a little longer than on the description).
I just hesitate to order cushions for chairs dimensions (Emma KD) on your site seem false and do not match the dimensions of the chairs that were delivered.”
“No instructions, just a diagram with parts which meant that we put the base together first, too tight and then the top didn't fit the bolt holes. Had to ring Lazy Susan who told us that there were instructions on the website - which we weren't anywhere near while we were making up the table, so not at all convenient. also the screws were too long for the plastic screw caps so these just fell off. LS has now sent some extra washers.
After all that, it's a very nice table and the chairs are OK, though perhaps the seat is a bit on the small side. The cushions are really good, likewise the parasol.”
