“I certainly recommend! The ordering process on the website went fine - and the follow-up phone call to arrange a delivery date/time was good too. And, the delivery showed up right on time. Great packaging. 3 negatives: 1) the delivery (as emphasised by the guy who did the delivery) was "kerbside". It was okay for me (with a bit of help from the delivery guy) to get the really heavy boxes to where I needed them in my garden. But this might be troublesome for others. 2) The assembly took far, far longer than I expected - 6 chairs plus a table (100 bolts in total - plus all the unpacking) took many hours. 3) the bag for the chair cushions split and is now useless (I don't think it was big enough).”
