“Most unreliable and didn’t have the decency to ring and let me know he wasn’t going to turn up not very nice I could have called another mechanic if I’d known… obviously not bothered”

“Did not show up, no phone call to say they couldn't show. Tried ringing 7 or 8 times and no answer. When I finally got through one time I was told someone would get back to me and never did, no one has answered the phone since and I can't even get a reply on the live chat. Awful service, I even had to cancel my shift from work to make sure I was home, so I've lost money and wasted my day. Would give 0 stars if I could.”

“Elliot let an old lady of 80 down it was to change a battery. He promised to come at 11 calock and never came i phoned and phoned and phoned he kept turning it off. So elliot you are not very reliable and not worth patronising if you do things like that. If you had a bigger job or was held up you could have phoned me. I think you are a rat”

“Do not believe the fake reviews. I was charged for a problem they did not even fix. When I called to rectify the problem he said I’d now need a new part for £90 for the part plus fitting again. I’ve confirmed with various other mechanics part actually costs £60 and fitting should be less especially after they failed to fix in the first place. They have taken advantage of the situation and ripped me off.”
