“Spent most of the time filling 3 pages of information that the majority had already been given to solicitor and doctor probably hadbeen given or you would have thought so. I was in with doctor for about a minute. He was nice enough but what was the point of travelling over 22 miles for it.”
“They didn’t. Have to rearrange my appointment I found I was to be charged for this and then you medicals have rearranged their appointments twice on me… double standards really however… had a 45 minute wait before being seen… once being called to see the physio I was in and and in less than 5 minutes. To be very honest I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not”

I would've like if he had taken a bit more to ask questions and help but unfortunately I felt it was he wanted just to get me out and get the next person in. Quality over quantity is non negotiable for me hence the low marks”
