“I just felt like I was asked questions and then they would but In and say “so your fine” and because I could move I was apparently “fine” even through I experience quite bad pain in my knees most days that I didn’t have before the accident.”

“The receptionist was lovely and polite/helpful but I feel the doctor didn’t really listen to me or take much time with me (I was in with him maybe 10 mins!)”
