“A review was requested before I received the item I had ordered (delayed no doubt by postal strikes) so I gave 3*. I then received a reply asking me to update the review when I had received it which I was happy to do. However when I searched for my review I found no 3* reviews on the review site. Anything other than 4* and 5* reviews are blanked out as ‘being investigated by the moderation team. So whilst I was happy with my purchase and would be happy to buy from WMG again, I’ve deducted a star because it seems odd to hide any negative reviews.”

“Very speedy service. Unfortunately the item was damaged. I contacted the company and I had a swift reply. Am going to return the item for them to issue a refund. As long as this goes well, I have no complaints. Very quick and helpful”
