Team - no response to my email to your contact/returns page 4 days ago saying the watch is not working.

Packaging and Delivery: Well packaged and speedy delivery
Presentation: it's a big thing if I am paying list for a watch, that on arrival the time has been set. It wasn't. Also no option to set the strap to my wrist size on order. So rate this as poor. I could have been getting a delivery from Screwfix.
Returns: I returned the watch and return was easy enough but does it need to take about ten days from receipt of return for money to hit the card
