Ordered 2 NATO straps on 12/23/24. Package was received at the Los Angeles USPS 12/25/24 via tracking and I still have not received the package. Will probably request a refund if I don’t get the package in a timely manner from this point. Was excited to use your product but am becoming disappointed. Thanks

I initially purchased a black and grey striped NATO strap for my blue Alpinist; but unfortunately when it arrived it just did not suit the watch. I returned the strap and ordered a navy coloured one instead which perfectly suited the Alpinist. Returning the original strap was much easier than I thought and the refund was processed very quickly. All points to a very professional, well run outfit.
