“While I am absolutely over the moon with the orders of service created - they’re absolutely beautiful - their customer service is pretty non existent. The design process was quite difficult, I used a laptop and an iPad to do it on and every time kept crashing or it wouldn’t save - you’re talking on an up to date Apple Mac! I persevered because I couldn’t find anything else I liked online and was pretty desperate to get them done. I emailed about the issue and then DMd on FB and IG but heard nothing in return. Quite disappointing really - luckily in this instance they still eventually got the sale but pretty poor form to not offer any help and support at all.”

There was a problem with the delivery company losing my items and they helped me so much even reprinting my items so that I had them in time for my uncles funeral at no extra cost to me. “The Order of Service looked Al exactly as described and arrived bang on time. My only complaint was that the website whilst easy to use in desktop, wasn’t as user friendly on mobile (but I think that’s standard for this type of thing). But if I needed something like this again, I’d definitely use Utterly Printable.”
