“Beautiful cards, excellent quality and speedy delivery. My only criticism is that the 'from 32p / from 63p' quoted price is deceptive. The cards are in reality much more expensive unless ordering in the thousands!”

“Really impressed by the quality of the order. It was also significantly cheaper than I expected! The online system was a little tricky when trying to design the products but otherwise, a really easy tool. Would definitely use again!”

“Excellent service. I used the Utterly Printable website to produce funeral service notices. From the offered designs I was able to select and adapt one to my requirements. I used the express delivery option, and was very pleased with what was delivered and that it arrived within the promised timescale. I can only give 4 out of 5, unfortunately, because the website design process was not as straightforward as I would have wished. No matter how many times I tried, I couldn't get the website to let me add a photo, so I had to make do without one. When I tried to use the option to report this problem on the website, I found that my planned design had been wiped when I tried to return to it afterwards. I learned that I should save my design every now and again. The wiping of the details was possibly down to me choosing the wrong option on screen from those offered, but I would still place that responsibility on the website, because it should be very clear when you select an option what will happen as a result. Despite the website problems, I was pleased overall, because the final result was professional, and that was ultimately what counted.”

Thanks for your review Martin! I just wanted to pick up on the website problem you mentioned: that was unfortunately a bug that we had on our system for a short period time. It is now 100% fixed, but I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. “Orders of service for my dad's funeral came out lovely. Knocked off 1 star as when trying to save the design I had to create and account and upon doing so it refreshed the page, deleting all progress and I had to start over.”

“I'm a very happy customer! I was very impressed by the speed, options & choices available on your website, by the quality of the printing, and by your relatively quick delivery time. FYI I had difficulty making payment, as whenever I clicked on your option to 'edit/pay' whilst the option to edit always functioned properly, the required icon to allow payment didn't always appear - so it took me over 20 mins to make the payment! I would also have appreciate more options for placing photos.”

Creating the design on the website could be easier, if you want to change font for all the pages/sections of the order of service it's a complete pain. It would be also be nice if when adding extra photos they could be put into different shape boxes e.g circle or oval.”

“While the website was easy to use and the finished product was just what I wanted, I have to say that the packaging needs some thought. I bought order of service books for my dad's funeral. The flippant 'hi there' sticker seemed really inappropriate.”

“While I am absolutely over the moon with the orders of service created - they’re absolutely beautiful - their customer service is pretty non existent. The design process was quite difficult, I used a laptop and an iPad to do it on and every time kept crashing or it wouldn’t save - you’re talking on an up to date Apple Mac! I persevered because I couldn’t find anything else I liked online and was pretty desperate to get them done. I emailed about the issue and then DMd on FB and IG but heard nothing in return. Quite disappointing really - luckily in this instance they still eventually got the sale but pretty poor form to not offer any help and support at all.”
