“Really pleased with the service, good finish on the Order of Service, postage was as promised. I would strongly advise to get a printed proof and get sombody else to check it carefully as obviously you are responsible for any errors”

“My Order of Service cards have one bold A on them despite me checking them 3 times. I missed this anomaly and the cards have been printed with it on - it looks a bit amateurish. I would have thought there was an algorithm to pick up on this?”

Since your order, we've made a number of improvements to help make proofreading clearer and easier. These include a new zoom feature in our online designer and the option to download a free high-resolution proof before placing an order — both designed to give customers greater confidence when reviewing their designs. In terms of your suggestion about an automatic checker, we're currently developing a feature that will help flag certain anomalies during the design process.
