“Complete Scam The more you make the more they take in fees to the point that you can’t take your money out. They wanted $43,000 to take $350,000 out of my account. If you can’t come up with the money they block you and you never see your money.
They also don’t have a withdrawal button, meaning you are completely left vulnerable. Later, I realized that this was a fraudulent project where I would have lost my funds, so a good friend of mine directed me to Mrs. Morris Meihua, who helped me recover all the money which I had invested on this broker including my profit...
All thanks to Mrs. Morris Meihua ……. Email :: m o r r i s m e i h u a @ g m a i l . c o m

“I dunno what it will be end up with but i cancel my direct debit after paying them for over a year . … now they keep calling me to discuss something about my insurance. Which i was told there won’t be any insurance once i stop paying”
“I recently requested an online quote but was then bombarded with relentless calls from various mobile numbers. When I asked for my contact details to be deleted from their CRM, as I do not wish to be contacted for sales purposes, I was met with a sarcastic response claiming the call was not sales-related.
This raises the obvious question: if I’m not a customer, why are you contacting me unless you’re trying to convert me into one? This is a prime example of frustrating and intrusive sales tactics at their worst.
I strongly advise others to think twice before sharing their details with this company. Aggressive follow-ups and dismissive attitudes are not the way to win customers. Extremely disappointing experience.”
“Online quote turns into them ringing multiple times a day off different mobile numbers. And they definitely sell your number on, harassed by a multitude of different numbers trying to sell life insurance. Take my advice, go with Scottish widow, everything sorted online, massive confirmation pack in the post, proper company.”
“I rang for a quote to see how much it would cost per month, after seeing all the adverts online I thought I'd give them a try. After answering all the questions I was being presured into joining up, I said I'd like to speak to my partner first but he kept trying to convince me to just join up now, I you'd him I've got work in 15mins for him to reply it will only take 5 mins. After getting him to agree to call back tomorrow with no intention of answering his call I then got bombarded with calls the whole week until I finally answered and said I don't want cover, again he tried to pressure me into joining and that it was odd that I don't want cover, so I hung up as I was sick of trying to be polite.
Please avoid this company and choose someone that's not going to harras there potential customers, as I don't even want life insurance now because of their bully tactics.”
“Don’t get dragged into this company. Shocking and desperate. 24 times on my call list (with different numbers), but when you tell them you’ve not had a minute to think about it, they become aggressive and sarcastic. Stay away!”
“A really easy service to use and the cost was very well priced for the sum insured compared to mosyt other insurers that I looked at. The customer service representatives are always really nice and helpfull so i would highly recomend personally.”
“Would leave zero if I could. spammed with calls from 3rd party brokers, who even when you say busy atm, or call back in 10 will keep pushing. Put details in for some information, but quickly being pressurized into buying a policy without being given any information, time to think or anything to look over. When told I want time to think, staff become very pushy, aggressive, and try guilt tripping. Would avoid at all costs.”
“Would leave zero stars if available - avoid this basic referral "service", you'll be spammed with calls.
Agree with the one star reviews on Trustpilot and suspicious of volume of identikit 5 star reviews on here.... All this company does is palm off your details to dozens of companies who will then all keep hassling you from a variety of different numbers. This is not made clear in their sign up form (except tiny small print at bottom of screen) and there's no easy "opt-out" once you've signed up (and they've made their referral fee!). Go with one of the other online comparison sites and avoid selling your email and phone number to every insurance provider out there.
How Tom.co.uk hasn't been submitted for Data Protection Act abuse I don't know... data used "transparently", for "explicit purposes". Tom fails on both counts.. Their responses on here say they make clear on website but it is not transparent or explicit on signup form where it counts.
Their responses to all one stars on Trustpilot is telling... Same stock response blaming individual partners when the issue isn't with rogue insurance partners, it's Tom's whole business model and negligent approach to users data that is at fault.”
“Spoke to a male contact.
Excellent service, sounds like we’ve been through some similar business in our past so was an enjoyable chat, happy to be setup and was good to chat about the Mighty Lord.
May he find Jesus.
Amen.”
