I am sorry to hear that your experience with one of our third party couriers was one you could not recommend. I can see that we do not have any correspondence from you about this on our emails, we would have been happy to assist you with any delivery problems.
Looking into your particular case, I can see when we shipped your order an email was sent to you with the courier and tracking information. Your local delivery driver updated this tracking information stating where your parcel was left along with a picture. But there should of been a note through your door to make you aware of the delivery and where to find your parcel as soon as you returned home. We are grateful that you have made us aware of this issue so that we can contact and discuss this with the courier, we want to ensure that all of our customers receive a trusted & sufficient delivery service.
We work with a number of third party couriers to deliver our orders (Evri, DHL, DX, Yodel, Royal Mail & Parcel Force) All of our third party couriers should be attaining a signature upon delivery as we have requested none of our orders are to be delivered to a 'safe place'.

Quality seems great after a first wash they are soft and supple.
The waterproof covers are a bit of a looser fit but I guess the top sheet will hold all in place perfectly. Price is quite high but the quality seems good so far.
I just wish you also sold long staple cotton (high count Egyptian) sheets for cots too - these are hard to find.”

Our bedding is sewn with a small seam allowance when produced to accommodate any shrinkage during the first wash, which perhaps explains why your waterproof fitted mattress protector is slightly looser.
We also offer 2 different sized waterproof mattress protectors to fit the maxi cosi iora mattress, one ever so slightly smaller than the other as we know some of our customers require a slightly smaller sized protector to fit their original mattress.
Lastly, the depth (as mentioned on the product page) is 5cm, the same depth as our mattresses to fit the maxi cosi iora. Perhaps your mattress is thinner than this depth & explains a looser fit. Either way, we will ensure to pass your feedback to our production manager for further review.
All of our fitted sheets are knitted not woven, knit fabrics offer a superior amount of stretch compared to woven fabrics. As our jersey sheets are not woven, thread count doesn’t apply.
