I am sorry to hear that your experience with one of our third party couriers was one you could not recommend. I can see that we do not have any correspondence from you about this on our emails, we would have been happy to assist you with any delivery problems.
Looking into your particular case, I can see when we shipped your order an email was sent to you with the courier and tracking information. Your local delivery driver updated this tracking information stating where your parcel was left along with a picture. But there should of been a note through your door to make you aware of the delivery and where to find your parcel as soon as you returned home. We are grateful that you have made us aware of this issue so that we can contact and discuss this with the courier, we want to ensure that all of our customers receive a trusted & sufficient delivery service.
We work with a number of third party couriers to deliver our orders (Evri, DHL, DX, Yodel, Royal Mail & Parcel Force) All of our third party couriers should be attaining a signature upon delivery as we have requested none of our orders are to be delivered to a 'safe place'.
