“As a Belgian living in the UK, I needed a company I can rely on to deliver premium beers on a regular basis without any hassle. I couldn't recommend The Belgian Beer Company more. I've used them quite a few times now and I have never been disappointed. they have a great selection of beers, and some of the best Trappist/Abbey ones. The bottles are packaged well and they are delivered swiftly. The loyalty programme is also great!”

“Delivery on website says 1-3 days ,hadn’t received after five days so went on website says not to contact them unless it’s over 10 Days ,this is unacceptable people are expecting a delivery so in the meantime they run out of beer ,On your website it says family run business, this implies that it’s not ok for big businesses to run late but it is ok for family run business.BeerHawk gives customers much more accurate days for delivery I will be using them in future.”

Hi, our website states that we are currently 4-5 working days behind schedule due to lockdown. We are a family run business so the safety of our staff is paramount to us. We are all working around the clock to get orders out to customers as quickly and safely as possible. I'm sorry you feel our time frames aren't acceptable.

“Tried the looza peach juice first in Amsterdam so when I got home I googled where to find it and this came up. Really quick delivery. I was worried about bottles being smashed when I've ordered bottles of drink online before. But all arrived in tact.”

“The two stars are based on a decent previous performances. I can't give any more because the beer I was told would be delivered 6 days ago hasn't arrived yet, I can't rate the beers because I don't yet have them.”

“Very impressed with how quickly we receive our order even in these difficult times. The new packaging is quite something. No chance of any breakages now, not that we've ever experienced any anyway. Congratulations to everyone who works there. We used to go to Belgium 3 or 4 times a year and bring back different beers. Not this year!! You have saved my husband's sanity.”

“I'm a craft beer nut. A friend recommended The Belgian Beer Company. I've have two deliveries of 18 beers per case. Every one has been pure nectar. Delivery has been spot on. I'll be having my next for Xmas.”

“Order arrived exactly when due, using the good courier - you know, the one that lets you know exactly when the package is arriving, not the ones where you end up having to pick it up yourself from a desolate industrial estate a week later. Most impressive is the robust packaging: there is virtually zero chance of breakages in transit.”

“Can't get to France at the moment so France comes to me via TBBC. Everything I'd usually buy from the comfort of my armchair. Quick simply shopping. Delivered in no time at all. Really well packaged. Will definitely buy from again even after France is reopened. 5 star company, 5 star service. Well done.”
