“Having been introduced to Orval over 20 years ago, and having had my annual pilgrimage to Belgium scuppered, I was delighted to come across The Belgian Beer Company and yes! they did have Orval. I was delighted with the service and the way the Orval was packed, and of course, I was delighted with the Orval: one of the truly great beers! I shall be ordering again. AK”

“The beer is excellent and as advertised. We live near to the Channel Tunnel and would normally get our belgian beer from belgium but can't. However their Customer Non-Service is five star. There was an issue with our order and despite phone calls and emails we have heard nothing, zip, nada, zilch. So Caveat Emptor - as long as the order is ok its great - if not don't expect anything. Having finally got hold of the company - appears spam filters were to blame - they reacted very quickly and resolved the issue with the order - a broken glass - so I am very happy to give them the review they deserve.”

“I ordered the Mixed Pack as a gift and it was what I expected and the recipient was very pleased. It was the second order I have made with the Belgian Beer company and the area I think they need to improve is that when ordering something and before you commit to the order that they indicate on the website etc how many days or weeks to the delivery. Both occasions it was close making me wonder whether I would risk it again if needed for a gift.”

“Finding this company has been a real joy, until then we were having to overpay if we wanted to purchase authentic Belgium beer and the amount of choice is great, if I could improve anything it would be the free delivery and the communication around delivery date, but this doesn't affect our continued support of this company.”
