“The order was a present so can't review, but would like to inform you of my experience with your courier. This is the feedback I gave them: “If I take the trouble to ask my neighbour if they will be in and then give you their address for the delivery, I would expect the driver to carry out the instruction. Instead driver left it on doormat in plain view from the street for 4 hours waiting to be nicked before I got back”. If you are reviwing your contract with yodel in the future, you might like to take this into account. Regards GB”

“The company itself is good. Goods were reasonably priced and speedily shipped. The reason for the 3-star review is that they ship via Yodel, which is probably the single worst logistics company I've had to deal with, not just from this purchase but from many others in the past. I would've avoided buying from this company had I known they ship via Yodel.”
