“Communication is excellent, I was kept fully updated on my order, very accommodating as well had no issues in scheduling my order's delivery to the best day I was free. Everything was well packaged up so no chance of anything getting damaged in transit. Outstanding customer service I will only use The Belgian Beers company for all my future beer purchases.”

“Great selection of beers to choose from. Ordering process is straightfoward and delivery is pretty quick. Have used customer service once, to ask for the dispatch of an order to be delayed as I realised after ordering that I'd be away. This was done without fuss and the order was dispatched to the timeline I'd requested. On the face of it, the beers are quite expensive but the reality is I spend about £25 per week buying Belgian beer at a supermarket, with very limited choice. So, all in all (especially if you use your beer points and buy enough for free delivery) there's very little in it price wise. Overall, there is a great choice of beers, customer service is excellant and it represents good value for money. For anyone who wants to buy quality beers, I'd highly recommend trying the Belgian Beer Company.”
