“Excellent company with what seems to be good old fashioned levels of service which is missing in most online companies. The beers arrived on time after I enquired when they would as I was moving house and got straight through to a HUMAN BEING who was friendly and helpful. Oh and the selection of beers are amazing. Keep up the good work.”

“Some DPD delivery issues in the past so now, being local, collect in person when passing and enjoy the discount. Good level of communication when items are ready to collect (would ring in advance just to be 100% sure). I hear the delivery issues are now resolved so don't let that put you off, great beers at a good price, particularly like the matched brand glasses adds a real touch of enjoyment to the 'pour' and 'quaff'”

“Great choice of beers. Communication was very good and my order was delivered on time. The beer was very well-packaged and arrived safely. “Great beers, well packaged and great customer service only shame is they have been sat in there box about a week and opened my first beer and still seem shook up from delivery and more lively than normal but other than that can't complain.”

“This was my first time ordering from the Belgian Beer Company. I was impressed by the range of beers available and got a couple of boxes at good cost. On placing my order I was kept informed of order progress until it was delivered. Beers arrived safely, well packaged in sustainable packing. I've put them away ready for Christmas but will certainly order againnin future. Good to see a great range of beer glasses available to. Just what is needed to complete the Belgian beer experience! Thanks again for a great service.”
