“After many faultless deliveries we had 4 bottles of a similar beer but not the ordered one. An email to customer service met with a swift response asking us to accept the incorrect ones foc and the right ones would be in our next order. This was the following week and yep.. there they were. Great service from a good team.”

“An excellent service with great range of beers. Quick and efficient with easy ordering. Delivery packaging is ideal as I have ordered 2 specialist glasses with no breakages. A small request, when checkout is complete could there be a log out button available to save scrolling back to the account front page. Carry on the good work.”

“So happy to have my favourite beer again, thanks to the BBC! Disappointed twice by my local off licence who kept running out of it, so I had to look elsewhere, and I'm very impressed by the service and care taken with the packaging! Will be back!”

“Communication was a little lacking as it was a bit of a wait(given the circumstances this was understandable) , but after an email was sent the beer was sent straight away, we love it and will no doubt be ordering again!”
