“Excellent range of beers. Vendor very knowledgeable. Website is good and ordering is easy. Delivery is prompt and customer is kept informed. Packaging is excellent. And a great advantage is that the “Best Before” Dates tend to be very long dated thereby enabling good storage and cellarage. I am very happy indeed to have The Belgian Beer Company onboard as my personal supplier. PS: We are in the trade with our own pub/wine bar/restaurant and live music venue.”

“Have enjoyed several orders and all have arrived promptly and very well packaged/protected.A good selection of beers is available to suite all tastes and preferences.My family have friends in Belgium and it is a real treat to enjoy beers seen in Belgium but very seldomly available here so many thanks then to TBBC . Will continue to use....quite fancy some Lambic next ! Keith”

“Without The Belgian Beer Company I don't know where I'd get those terrific Belgian beers that I've come to love - apart from actually going to Belgium, that is. Prices are reasonable, service is great and the beers arrive securely in a kind of honeycomb pod that is useful for storing the beers in, too.”

“I've recently moved from Beer Hawk to The Belgian Beer Company because it's no longer possible to order individual Belgian beers in the former; everything has to be in a pack, so you inevitably end up with some beers you're not so keen on. Deliveries tended to be quicker with Beer Hawk sometimes arriving a day or so after the order. With The Belgian Beer Company it takes longer for the beer to arrive, probably because the individual bottles have to be selected (my last order took about 2 weeks, but that did include Easter). The Belgian Beer Company uses dpd and Beer Hawk Yodel. Both are good couriers with options to leave the deliveries in safe places if you aren't at home. Dpd is also very specific about when your delivery will take place which does give it the edge over Yodel.”

“I have enjoyed all the beers I have purchased, service is good, I have recommended your company & will continue to do so keep up the good work. For me the only down side I emailed you after the delivery I had after Christmas to say the glass in one of the delerium sets was broken ,all the packaging was in good condition, but you did not reply.”

“Nearly died of thirst. Took three weeks to deliver my order. I am aware of the current climate right now, but I order from a lot of different businesses and have not had any issues with dispatch/time issues. 3 weeks is a bit poor in my opinion.”
