Returned for a refund and I am now out of pocket (postage both ways) over £14 for the luxury of looking at a pair of mouldy boots.

I ordered new old stock ex police jacket and when I received it- it had multiple stains on it as it had been worn quite a few times very disappointed by the lack of checks / quality control i would like a shipping label sent to me and a full refund

I ordered a 4XL jacket. They sent me a large. The label said 3C, which is Belgian Army/NATO code for large. When I emailed them to say it was much too small they told me it was a 4XL, the biggest they have, and I couldn't have a refund. After a little back and forth they accepted it back and gave me a refund. However this left me £10.50 out of pocket, £7 for their 'postage' and £3.50 for mine.

So, I've asked for a refund, which will, no doubt, take over a week.

Returned part of my order at my own cost but was refunded substantially less than the cost of the goods purchased.

They send you an item that bears no resemblance to the item shown on the website, and charge you postage. Then when you return it they do not refund you the postage that you have paid to return the item.

Ordered a pair of grade 1 boots, minor signs of wear, they had a hole in the toe box of the suede and no insoles and were filthy, after returning them the owner said they met the description of minor signs of wear and the rip in the suede (right on the eyelet which would clearly pull out soon) was "visual", refused to refund postage.

This company acts in breach of UK law in refusing to refund their standard delivery charge when goods are returned.

Items mismatched their description, some were sent in the wrong size (without refund of postage) and management queries promised 'We'll look into this'.

I bought a pair of combat boots. They didnt arrive for 2 months, so I emailed back and forth with the company. they told me they'd fix it, they never did. I never got my combat boots, nor did I get a refund. They eventually stopped replying.
