“I bought the Anya cargo trousers, they fit really well and are probably my favourite pair- however one of the main pockets is a bit dodgy and has been sown on wrong. Luckily i don’t need it as it’s very difficult to use.”

“Ordering was easy dnough. I returned my item as it wasnt as shown in picture. I ordered maxi length gilet which was shown in pic. On arrival it was just below the bottom in length. Also altough advised that purchaser pays retudn in small printvon site, when you open up rdturns policy, thd company want it signed for which costs more , for me over £6than standard postage ,certainly more than £3.99 they charged on purchase”

“My item arrived in 4 days, however unfortunately it was the wrong item. Thankfully I was able to talk to an actual person on the phone, who was very helpful. He arranged for the correct item to be sent out immediately and I returned the wrong one. He refunded my postage. The correct item arrived 2 days later, and I am very happy with it.”
