“I purchased an item for the first time from Storm Desire, and there was a fault with the item the process of returning the item for a refund or exchange was handled very professionally and I look forward to receiving my exchanged item in a couple of days, as the delivery date is 2-3 days. one more thing the item, aside from the fault, looked exactly how I expected it to, which was a pleasant and welcome addition to the very good service, I will be looking for other items to order from this site especially as I am a plus size and they cater for peeps like me”

“Orders two one in black one in light blue they are lovely arm cosy the blue light blue one is so pretty I love the black one unfortunately the pocket seems haven’t been sewn up all thoroughly I shall have to get it sewn up by a professional seamstress I still like it so won’t be returning the black in particular as I’m sure I can get some one to see the seam up thank you”

“It’s lovely but the only issue I had is the padding in the hood wasn’t right around the edge it was just puffy in parts so I had to manipulate the padding all around myself. It’s still not right but a lot better. Apart from that one issue I love it.”
