“Not great ordered one came damaged sent email and picture they emailed back and told me to return and pay postage for an exchange. Order a 12 and a 14 and both seem to be the same size.”

“Parcel delievered with missing items even though i was so reluctant to buy but the price had wooo'd me, the sizes r smaller than normal fitted so get size up. Customer service is not that great but finally the missing item came on next day delievery.”

“Wasn't very impressed. The jumper after wearing it for a few hours went very bully on it And the treasures had a whole Between the legs where there the same is and the Other pair that I got had a hole on the bum”

“2 velour tracksuits cost £24.99 each!! Terrible quality thay are thin and cheap looking nothing like it looks in the photo. The colour isn't mint it's bright green and the candy pink is more dusky pink very disappointing with these better quality going to jyy London. Sorry this is so negative.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of lefgings and 2 jumpers.. really happy with order process and delivery. Unfortunately 1 pair of the leggings split at a badly stitched seam..i emailed customer services and attempted to telephone no replies to any communication. Very poor customer service.”

“Hello. I ordered a coat from yourselves which is as a great shape and style unfortunately it was too big. I ordered a small size- which came and again, too big. It seems the two coats which are labelled different sizes, seem to be the exact same size. I will sadly have to send them both back. Delivery was however quick 😊”

“Had to send item back as it was faulty asked for a returns label, got sent an email with where to send it back to and to send second glass recorded. I think this was unacceptable as a company you should be supplying return labels”

“The quality of the product is quite acceptable unfortunately I bought a 6XL as I am a large lady. It says that a 6XL equates to a size 26 it doesn't I'd say it's about a 24 so be warned that the sizing is not at all generous. So that's why I have had to give a lower star rating”

“The size of the item delivered, was not as described or illustrated on the website. Having paid £3.99 for delivery, I then had to pay a further £5.39 to return the item. I await to see if my refund has been processed as promised.”
