“Simply were extremely helpful and secured a remortgage for me that no other broker could have accessed. Due to a bad credit rating it was difficult for me to get a good deal, but simply came through with an offer from a recognised and established bank and I'm delighted with the service they provided.”

“I can't speak highly enough of this team! From the first phone call Ian was so calm and kind it felt like if he couldn't help then no-one could! I had an agreement in principle by the next morning... less than 24hrs!!! Throughout the whole process everyone has been supportive and put me at ease. Special thanks to Ian, you were amazing, and to Lisa too !! Top Team! 100% recommend.”

“A terrible previous marriage each had left me and my new husband with lousy credit reports and thinking we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage, despite us spending the last 5 years trying to clear our former spouses' debts. I contacted Simply as a last resort and cringed when I admitted the defaults and CCJs that we had. At no point did they make us feel embarrassed and told us that if there was a solution out there they would find it. Low and behold, about a month after my first call, we have now received our mortgage offer. We couldn't get high street rates but we expected that and their fees are a lot more reasonable than other Adverse Credit brokers out there. Adrian, Jackie and Kerry could not have been more proactive and I can't thank them enough for all their efforts and the kind and courteous way they dealt with any query.”

“We approached Simply with trepidation. We thought we had little hope of being able to obtain a mortgage with our complicated circumstances, which included defaults, ccjs and one of us having to gift the other a large deposit. We were listened to, given advice and kept up to date at every stage of the process. It has been practically stress free and worth every penny of the fee's. We would not have been able to get our mortgage without Simplys help. So a big thank you to Paul Grimwood and the Green team, you are all stars.”

“Dealt with Doug for my mortgage after he'd been recommended by somebody else. He always responded to any questions i had quickly, and explained things clearly if i needed him to. He made the process quite easy for me (being a first time buyer) and once we found a property, everything went through very quickly. Would definitely recommend!”

“Brilliant Service! After weeks and months of being told no by everybody when trying to find a mortgage for our first home, Simply had found us a product within 24 hours of sending over my details. Just received our full mortgage offer. The fee does seem high at first but once you start the process, especially if you are struggling to get a mortgage anywhere else, it is definitely worth it. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been fantastic especially Paige who has kept us involved at every point of the process so we know exactly what is going on and has been more than helpful whenever we have been unsure about anything.”

“Simply amazing! I initially tried to get a mortgage a few months ago, and after being turned away by my bank and 2 brokers, me and my husband had given up hope of being accepted for a mortgage. (defaults on credit file). We thought we would give it one last try and give Simply a call. We had nothing to lose as you don't pay a thing unless you receive a mortgage offer. Looking at these reviews I was sceptical but what did we have to lose. We first had contact with Lee who took all our details and within 24 hours had an agreement in principle. Considering we had been to this stage previously I was not holding out much hope, however Lee was great, answered our emails immediately and had fantastic customer service. 2 days later we had completed all documents needed and were passed to Jackie. She compiled all documentation and information needed and submitted it to the lender within a day. Communication by email was so fast, and they were all reassuring about our situation , but without getting my hopes up. We were then handed to Lisa to complete the application. Within a week we had a formal mortgage offer. This is with a high street lender with a rate we would never have dreamed of. Me and my husband never imagined we would be accepted for a mortgage at this time in our lives, and feel like our dreams have come true. They may cost more than your average broker, but you certainly get what you pay for, and Simply are worth absolutely every penny and more. Who else can get you a mortgage offer within a week of viewing a property, especially when you have a bad credit history?? We can't thank you enough and will certainly be recommending you to everybody!”

“Where to start. This company has been amazing from start to finish. We first contacted them late last year. After been told we would never get a mortgage because off bad credit. This company lead us all the way told us what we needed to do and answers every question we asked. We have now been formally offered our mortgage and looking forward too moving into our new home. Anybody out there that thinks they have no hope give this company a shout I will guarantee it you won’t regret it”

“Can not recommend this company enough. For start to finish there are so helpful. Staff are so friendly. “Fantastic team of Kerry, Adrian and Jackie put together an excellent mortgage for us at a rate of just over 1% allowing us to make the move to a bungalow. Fast turn around with a mortgage offer in 2 weeks. Would recommend this provider, well worth the cost for the level of professional service you receive and some out of the box thinking.”
