“Cannot recommend them highly enough. I approached 4 different mortgage brokers regards my adverse credit which included a DMP and defaults. They all said they were adverse credit specialists but then said they couldn’t help. I approached Adverse as a last ditch attempt after reading the trust pilot reviews. Not gonna lie, I bilked at their fee of £1995 at first, but it’s probably the first time I will admit that you get what you pay for. Simon, Liz and Paige have been incredible. Their communication is on point and the amount of work they have to put in is testament to their fee. If they were solicitors it would easily be 2-3 times the cost. So, in retrospect it’s actually great value. A formal mortgage offer was obtained in 4weeks when initially the timeline was 6-8 weeks (industry backlog). Can’t say fairer than that. I am one very happy bunny. To sum up, if you have adverse credit don’t waste any time talking to anyone else. Go direct to SimplyAdverse. You won’t regret it.”

“Massive thanks to Simply and in particular Loreta and Paige. Really professional services and helped me the whole way through the mortgage process. “The rave reviews for Simply are absolutely correct! Before we were recommended to get in touch with Simply, we struggled for months with generalist mortgage brokers who just didn't have the requisite experience of self-employed finances. That all changed when we spoke to Simply. They took the time and effort to go through our finances properly and thoroughly, including those of my partner who is self-employed. “Given age an other negative circumstances it was looking unlikely that we would get a mortgage. I was lucky finding Simply on an internet search and right from the first conversation with Adrian and through loads and loads of work by Tracey and others they found us a mortgage that was not at all bad interest wise. Throughout the process they were on almost daily contact with us. They succeeded where other brokers were not going to.”

Lee an Farrah made it as less stressful as they could possibly.. high recommend an better then similar company that charge upfront cost, be4 they do anything, these won’t charge tell you have a offer in place... thanks for all the help...”

“Adrian and Gareth were both fantastic. They managed to get us a great mortgage which I didn't think was possible and we are now purchasing our first family home. Communication was fantastic and no question was too small or silly to them. They were very patient and explained everything in great detail and acted very quickly on every enquiry I sent. I cannot rate them high enough.”

“The most amazing service from start to finish we really didn't think we would be able to get a mortgage due to bad credit history but Liz and David went above and beyond to help us get a great mortgage and the rate was good too! We will definitely be using again in a few years when we need to change again! Highly recommend the staff and the service provided well worth the fee takes all the hassle out of everything they really know there stuff amazing can't thank them enough for all there help!!”

“I am genuinely overjoyed to be writing this review about Simply and to say how positive and surprising that they managed to find me an affordable mortgage. I am 53 years old, had a Debt Relief Order just over two years ago, and my wife receives a pension from work on health grounds. Sounds impossible, right? Well it's not- we exchange contracts and move in January!! It started with a phone call to Lee during my lunch break in September and he asked me just enough questions to be able to say whether he thought he might be able to help or not. Once he said yes, he passed me to to a series of colleagues who each specialised in particular steps in the process. It sounds complicated? It wasn't complicated at all- they explained what they would help me with and were quietly patient and helpful. Charlotte and Lauren guided me through getting all the paperwork together. Their emails were great as the list of what was still needed me to provide got smaller each time I sent more information to them. From Lauren it then went to Eloise and Ellie who jobshare and they guided me through the mortgage application itself. Their communication was seamless considering the fact that they had to communicate together and with me. They were genuinely thrilled for me when they rang and said the formal mortgage offer had been made. At this point I was offered support to start looking at life assurance etc and was supported through this with Caroline. I was new to all this and so Caroline asked what was important to me and how much I wanted to pay a month and then came up with a list of options. I honestly cannot thank Lee and all the staff at Simply enough for what they have done. To think that I had a Debt Relief Order just over two years ago and my wife has a long-term health condition with a work pension and every other mortgage adviser we tried gave up once they heard about my financial mistakes and my wife's health, but Simply said "That's what we specialise in" ! I believe that we get what we pay for and I had no question whatsoever about paying their fee, and Lee was upfront about this from the start. He told me I would only pay right at the end when they had the formal mortgage offer, and he also gave me rough but accurate figures for what I would need for solicitors and surveys etc. So my advice? First of all, just be curious with Simply about whether it might work for you- give them a ring and you might be completely surprised like I have been. Second, don't give up hope- they encourage you along. Then, just be honest and open with them so they know what they are working with. They really do seem to work miracles with the countless number of us who, whether through our mistakes, poor choices, or unfortunate life events, are judged as financially unfit or unattractive to lenders. There really is hope.”

“After a very stressful 3 months of getting no where with another financial advisory company i came randomly across simply on google and was my last attempt to secure my family home of my dreams and was a complete stress free process all completed in less than 2 weeks - I would highly recommend to anyone and will be back to update my mortgage down the line - fantastic service from Loreta :)”
