“Never thought I would get a mortgage as I have a debt management plan but the team were fantastic from start to finish. David outlined everything at the start and then passed me to Chantelle and Kerry to collate all my documents. My case manager was Paige, and she was just the best. Very friendly, professional people. They helped to make a very worrying time a thoroughly pleasant experience. Can't thank them all enough.”

“We have tried so many mortgage brokers and they have all been time wasters. For over a year we have endured brokers' promises that they can achieve an easy and fast remortgage... then they do credit checks, make us fill in months of paperwork, always promising that all is well before finally, after many weeks letting us down. Simply have been the exact opposite. They were realistic from the start about the headwinds we faced due to our complex circumstances, and yet thanks to the incredibly professional and tailored service that Simply provide, they secured a formal mortgage offer for us in around six weeks. What was particularly good was that Simply clearly have a very well organised system of pre underwriting that they employ in house during the pre submission application process. Unlike other brokers, Simply really do go through their clients' applications with a fine tooth comb to ensure that everything is correct and appropriately conveyed to prospective lenders. We were assisted in our case by three separate professionals before our application was submitted and at every stage of the process the Simply team went above and beyond to ensure that nothing unduly hampered our application. Having been let down so many times by brokers who promise the world and deliver zilch, we were at every stage expecting the wheels to come off. Simply however, were as good as their word and even better than the many excellent reviews that I had read prior to approaching them myself. I would recommend Simply without hesitation. Whether you have been refused a mortgage in the past of not - seriously, these guys are the ones to go with. Thank you Simply! Thank you Angela, Lauren and Lilly!”

“Wow!! What an awesome company, I can’t thank Simply enough!! I have been to quite a few mortgage advisors before approaching Simply and just wish I had gone to them from the beginning, they got me a mortgage offer from a very reputable high street lender when previous mortgage advisors tried and then told me to wait a few years till my credit score improved!!the whole process was so smooth and they were so thorough with all the documents and paperwork. A special thank you to Lee, Charlotte, Chloe and Lewis, you guys are amazing and I cannot thank you enough!!! Thank you Simply!!!!!!!!!”

“Managed to get a mortgage with simply investments when no one else would offer or even look into it for us. Quick responses to emails and calls, very helpful the whole way through. “We have been trying to get a mortgage for over a year with a different company, we had set back after set back eventually our advisor decided he'd give up..! We were heartbroken to potentially lose the property we had waiting.. My partner found simply on an off chance searching the Internet.. He'd had defaults on his credit report so we thought that was it!! Simply were amazing, from start to finish it took just over 3 weeks for them to secure us a mortgage offer.. They kept in touch throughout the whole thing and were amazing! I still can't quite believe we've secured out first house all thanks to simply..”

“I personally had amazing experience with this company . From day one to completion 100 % support exceptional helpful staff who communicate daily through progress . Kept up to date 24/7 re progression of mortgage application. If I ever doubted application I was assured by staff I was anxious needlessly. They got me exactly what I applied for , when other lenders declined . “We had been turned down by a few lenders for a mortgage due to pay day loans and not paying some bills on time. We were desperate to move having 3 kids ( 2 autistic) and no garden. When we called simply we spoke to Ian and he said they could help. Although we have had problems with selling our property (lost 4 buyers) we finally found a house sold ours and we are moving in soon.Simply have been brilliant and found us a mortgage with a high street lender, with affordable repayments and have been with us all the way. I trust them and highly recommend using them.”
