Couple of suggestions
1. Should provide pre paid return for sample box so you can reuse - the sample box convinced us to buy so is a fantastic idea and really does work.
2. Need white screw covers for glass shelving with white units
3. Need white end covers as well for large holes.

“Excellent product and straight forward to assemble. A couple of suggestions to help improve things further.
1. Label the box containing instructions on the side not the top. My boxes were piled on top of each other and I didnt know where the instructions were.
2. Put the black plastic filler screws into the cross rail before assembling. Helps you avoid accidently putting the cross rails in upside down.

“Products are great, but I was told they’d help take the boxes (for 3 units) up to our office on the 8th floor and when the driver showed up he just unloaded them on the street and I had to do the rest myself.”

There was a delay with a small amount of the door furniture but Shelved kept us informed and had the items shipped as soon as they had them. “Shelved were great to deal with. Loved the design process and excellent customer service.
Only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because there were just a couple of things to improve on. Firstly, the courier they used was really slow and I had to chase them. Secondly, the finishing touches on the cabinet I ordered are not perfect. The ends are exposed and on the white frame it’s noticeable, would have liked caps like they gave me to cover the screws. And some of the label stickers were tricky to get off (tearing and leaving residue) but you need them for the build, they are so helpful!!
They are very simple to build and the videos are great but, I would say not easy if you’re a novice with flat pack or have designed something particular difficult. After unboxing took a while to get my head around the build and did make a few mistakes along the way. But the finished product looks great and I’m really pleased.

I understand your frustrations with the logistics company, whilst out of our control to a degree I will pass on the comments and we will of course endeavour to do better, it is an area we are constantly looking at.
With regards to the end pins being exposed this is necessary for the system to work but I appreciate the black heads against the white frame do stand out a little. We have some exciting developments here so watch this space.
We are also in the process of improving the amount of information we can provide for bespoke and off the shelf builds with regards to assembly. Whilst its not of much use to you now it is something we're working on.

“We ordered a Stearsby set to put in my son’s room. Looks good and easy to put together. We did have an issue with delivery - I stayed at home to facilitate a delivery that didn’t turn up on the agreed day - but the company were helpful in getting it sorted with the delivery folk.”

“Sort a couple of things and it would be 5 star. It would have been 5 but for 2 niggly things. I couldn?t give 4.99 so had to award 4. This is a brilliant product and I will purchase from them again. The delivery was excellent with the driver phoning me the evening before and agreeing a time for delivery and he was on time. The packaging was also excellent, really protective and easy to open with paper taping, making it better for recycling. 1. I received contradictory emails, the first stating that the product would be delivered by a certain date and then soon after another stating that Shelved were working hard to manufacture and ready the product for delivery. The product was then delivered 2 days later which was brilliant. Needs sorting out. 2. The assembly was so easy but unfortunately two of the 40cm x40cm side panels had to be ?coaxed? to fit and one was slightly damaged as a result. Reason: the ladder rail measurements are 1 to 2 millimetres smaller than the rails used to join them. Once assembled the product is very rigid and sturdy! Hope this is useful but it is a brilliant product so far.”
“Good Looking System. Very pleased with the look of the system. Although some screws were harder to insert than others, it is quite easy to assemble once you have grasped the basic principles. Would advise that where screws are indicated in ladders these are put in before assembly rather than after as they can be awkward to fit.”
“I?m really pleased with the end result - bespoke, practical and great design. I must say that it was quite difficult to put together - having to watch different videos for different elements. I put a number of bars on the wrong way round and had to dismantle ans restart. I love the end result but it would be much easier if, like my Tylko sideboard, you get bespoke step by step instructions for your specific design”
