I cannot speak highly enough about Shelved. For us it started with the design process. Venetia was brilliant she listened to what we wanted and came up with a great design. She patiently adjusted the original design so we ended up with just what we wanted. Plenty of useful communication whilst our order was colated. Our order arrived beautifully packaged (I mean really beautifully packaged every shelf was protected it all arrived blemish free). The instructions are very comprehensive and the bulk of the assembly is tool free. The framework and shelving are seriously well designed and constructed. It all fits together beautifully - well within anybody with basic DIY skills capability. We are delighted with the result!”

Couple of suggestions
1. Should provide pre paid return for sample box so you can reuse - the sample box convinced us to buy so is a fantastic idea and really does work.
2. Need white screw covers for glass shelving with white units
3. Need white end covers as well for large holes.

“We are very pleased with our unit. The support function was very responsive, and helpful with our queries while we were putting the design together. The construction process was occasionally a little challenging: there were order dependencies that might have been obvious to someone with more experience in these types of projects. But the end result is fantastic: rock solid stability and really good quality individual components. Thoroughly recommended.”

“The product is excellent absolytely first class, and is made from high quality materials providing a high quality finish. It is expensive but well worth the money.
The ability to design your own assembly is a real bonus and gives you the ability to design something that fits your eact requirements.
Everything came flat packed and was extremely well packaged. There was no damage whatsoever and nothing missing.
The Help videos made assembly relatively straight forward however not necessarily as easy as the videos made out. There were one or two issues I had to find workrounds for.
There are a couple of things that were not mentioned in the video which are must do's if like me you have a large and extremely heavy assembly. The bottom shelves must be fitted while the assembly is on its side and prior to raising it to the vertical. Similarly the backs to the cupboard must be fitted before placing the assembly in its final position.”
