“Dear SD Hardware I was so impressed with the customer service we recieved from Sarah at SD Hardware. Firstly, this was the only store I could find in the UK with the exact product we needed to replace a broken flush bolt on a front door. Sarah helped out via chat checking stock for me and confirming she could get it out for delivery the next day if ordered before 2:30pm. As it was already past 2pm, I placed the order but when, unbeknown to us, something hadn't gone through properly with the order, Sarah had the presence of mind - and thoughtfulness - to call me to check about the order as she knew we needed it urgently. As a result she got the order out. The bolts arrived the next morning and our doors were secure again. We can't thank her enough for her outstanding customer service!”
