“Ordering via website and delivery very straightforward. Far cheaper to go to SD Hardware direct rather than via B&Q, who they are an online supplier for.”

“The stainless steel storm hinges are very good, although they come with screws the heads protrude too much so I have either been filing them down or using a size smaller stainless steel screw (size 7 rather than 8) which then does the job nicely.”

“Not really a criticisim of SD Hardware, but the order was dispatched on Wed 7th August but wasn't delivered by DHL until Monday 12th. Also, the Titon Trimvent 90 Hi Lift window vent canopy which I ordered wasn't as well made as same make it was replacing. The plastic end caps hinge to reveal the screw hole, but on one side the thin plastic hinge connection immediately snapped. My hot melt glue gun saved the day, but very poor quality.”
