“Quick efficient order and delivery,but and there's always a but my order went in on the 1st august and their free disc option finished on the 31st July ,I can't fault them on their feedback and customer support ,I was hoping having just missed the cut off date a little bit of leeway could have been spoiled,”

“I could not believe how quickly the table saw was delivered. A day or two later I unpacked it and started to take the parts from their boxes. All was in order except the fence which had been slightly damaged. I emailed Scott Direct explaining how I found the parts with photos of the fence and the box. To date I have had no response !!”

“The tshirt itself is great as my husband already has a few different colours. However the tshirt arrived damaged, I presume it was the fault of the courier DPD. It looked like the corner on the package had been screwed up & had then been caught in something and had ripped. The internal bag and the tshirt were in the same condition and a big black stain was on the tshirt, presumable from whatever the bag had been caught in. However, customer services were extremely helpful and swift in their reply. Replacement sent out the same day they read my email & I just had to hand back the faulty item (no postal charges incurred). Would buy from here again knowing they have excellent customer service & that the fault was more than likely not their fault and was the couriers fault.”

“Really fast dispatch and delivery. Only problem was I had not realised that Evolution make two Rage 5s saws, one for a normal electric socket and one for use on a site (110v). I ordered the wrong one and faced with expensive return costs and the amount that would be taken from the refund for delivery, ended up paying £80 for a converter so my husband could use it. Should be flagged up better on the website.”

“My purchase of rock salt arrived promptly and so I would have awarded a full five for good customer service. However, the packaging did leave a bit of a worry. The plastic bag which contained the product was found to have several holes in it which allowed the product to be distributed over the floor. Perhaps this explains why the plastic bag was swathed in layers of bubble wrap. Apart from this little moan, I was otherwise moe than satisfied with my purchase.”
