Ordered a pair of Werner step ladders, website said 5 to 7 working days for delivery. After 2 weeks had to chase and was told that they were out of stock? Better communication would have been helpful. The steps arrived the very next day after we chased?

Hi As yet I have not put the saw to work , so far the only comment relates to assembly instructions which are useless ,surely that’s an easy fix for the supplier if you lean on them,but if you don’t do anytime to improve the problem they won’t ,I am sure this is not the first time you have been informed of this problem. All though when I ordered my item it was in stock online. But next day item was unavailable so had to wait 10 days for it. Did have good communication with staff for delay where they responded to my emails quickly .

Product came on time. I’m concerned about the battery duration. It only give up to maybe 30-40 mins with full charge. I’m not sure if it’s normal or not. Need two batteries at least. I think it says u can get almost full charge in 30 mins approximately but it last maybe 30 mins. Bit hassle to keeping changing batteries or keeping recharging every 30-40 mins . FYI I have a medium size garden.

I could give 5 stars, ordering and delivery was smooth. Only issue is cashback not allocated to my account, I had to contact topcashback and they rise a claim to Scott direct. I shouldn't chasing it up, I get my cashback straight from other retailers. If I don't receive my cashback I won't be ordering again. About the item looks good just not used yet.

Good Morning William, We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery. The item you purchased was assigned to an Ordered on Request status at the time, with a 5-7 day delivery estimate. Your order was placed on Sunday 1st October and shipped as soon as the stock came in on Friday 6th. Delivery took place on Tuesday the 10th, which is within the 5-7 day delivery estimate. The belt ordered (and shown) has eyelets for braces. The supplied belt does not.

Good service from Scott Direct but let down by courier. Scott policy appears to be that parcels cannot be left "in a safe place" and must be signed for. Was only made aware of this on day prior to delivery so changed delivery address to by neighbour , got an acknowledgment e mail. Unfortunately on the day of delivery courier tried to deliver to my address and left a card to this effect. Can't understand why courier didn't leave with my neighbour, this necessitated me making a 10 mile round trip to the nearest delivery hub which was the option. Communication was excellent I must say between Scott and myself but obviously no one told the courier, I get that leaving parcels in a safe place is contentious but we are all used to this now and have worked out options.

Very disappointed with your delivery company DPD as they didn’t turn with my order I had someone waiting at the property Had to hire grinder to finish job
