I have used Regal Fish for over 12 years or more and have never, ever, been let down by their service, delivery, or product dissatisfaction…indeed, they are first class. The delivery service is exemplary and when placing an order, the sales team always give me time to talk and say hello, how are you etc. Being a widower and living alone, it brings a little bit of sunshine into my life

Recently put on a medical diet to eat more healthy. Ordered a selection of fresh and frozen fish. Good quality Not had all yet but what I have is nice. The delivery service was good but the frozen packs inside had defrosted and the bottom of the box was very wet.

I brought a few things from Regal i was very impressed every thing was delicious especially the smoke haddock i buy a pack every week from the supermarket but this is gorgeous such a light smokiness taste i will definitely be ordering again

Been using this company awhile now and overall satisfied. Only last time though we were away on holiday and must have had about 8 phone calls...just a message would have alerted us and especially as we can place orders online

Always pleased with products from Regal fish. Some are more expensive than similar products available in supermarkets but I do like the jumbo fish fingers - good quality fish and good portion size. The Wellingtons are excellent value for money and great for small dinner parties. I looked for coconut tempura prawns but they don't seem to be available any more. They were delicious.Delivered on time and left in safe place if I am not in to receive the order.

Hi l normally order on the phone when one of your sales staff ring me. This last order I did on line and I was impressed on the delivery, but for you to keep your prices competitive my next order will be your own delivery van with my goods. By courier there's a lot of packaging which must be expensive. Phone only for me in future to help you with costs. Ian Fiander

The service and quality of the product continue to be excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly. However the cost has risen substantially over the last 12 months and is now much more expensive than the supermarket prices.

I have NO problems with the fish and the company who supply the fish. My problem was with the delivery! It went to another address over a mile away! The address had no connection to mine (such as a similar number or road for example) ..in fact it was left outside a school ! ..it was just negligence by either the driver or the company in my opinion. Luckily the teacher who spotted it kindly drove to my house and delivered it before things spoiled inside After all it was FISH inside! So that’s why I’ve given the middle rating Regal Fish do good fish. They just need to use a different courier or I will be very wary about ordering again because we are talking perishable goods!

I like ordering on line and I am very pleased with bth the delivery of the fish in good timing and the freshness of the fish. I have heard several people comenton the good service of this company and Iam glad I have them for my products which I choose. Delivered in good order and fresh and delivered in good time and on time.

A friend recommended Regal Fish to me and I am so glad they did. The fish is really tasty. What I find really helpful is that close to the time Regal deliver in my area, I always receive a phone call which is a welcome prompt. My orders are always delivered on time and the quality of the fish is of a high standard.
