We're used to having the Regal delivery van so the fish arrives in trays and no other packaging.
The DPD delivery was on time, but we had to dispose of a lot of packaging.
It didn't feel as though it had arrived fresh from the boats.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you thought we used a lot of packaging.
When delivering on a courier, we have to ensure the products will arrive in their optimum condition. To achieve this we use card boxes, wool insulation, shredded cardboard and ice packs. We do this to ensure our fish is delivered in a great state and to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible.
All of of Regal vans are temperature controlled so we can use less packaging as the environment they are shipped in controls the temperature itself.
