“The 'top dollar' bench is magnificant, unfortunately there was a deep puncture hole, through the faux leather, through the foam and splintering the wood behind it,negating any sense of happiness at receiving it. The box looked like it had been thrown about but I assumed the packaging would suffice, but the flimsy foam did not protect the bench. It looks like as the package was thrown about the very substantial metal elements went through the bench at the top. I am a Royal Marine Veteran and have been off work recently so bought the bench to train from home for my mental as well as physical strength. I do not have the mental capacity to engage in the return of it. The flimsy box is in pieces, banding all cut, etc and there is no way I can re-package it so havent bothered contacting anyone. The puncture hole will, I suspect just spread over time, now it is split. Disappointed, is an understatement.”

Last week, after an hour of repeatedly calling your operations number, I finally got through to a helpful representative. She explained there had been a warehouse move, stock issues, and delays, but assured me I’d receive an email with an ETA within a day or two.
No delivery, no update, money taken, and I can’t get through to anyone.
While your product and marketing are excellent, your post-sale service and communication are among the worst I’ve ever experienced. Such a shame because I love the product/brand.
I've spoken to somebody else who's had a similar experience and then had a nightmare trying to cancel and get a refund.”
“Really not impressed by these, bought them for my small studio after one day the where quite damaged looking, they didn’t look as if the had been just purchased, foam seems cheep material, easily marked when stood on, would definitely not recommend these mats”
