Ordered a Miele appliance for over £1000 on 9 October, but didn't get a delivery day. After a couple of days of chasing they said I should get it middle to end of the following week. On Wednesday 18th they said due to an IT issue with the logistics company would be the end of the following week so I said I don't believe that and they offered to refund me which I accepted and they said would be 3-7 working days. That has now passed it is November 1st and they still haven't refunded me so will have to go through my bank. My guess is they have cashflow issues and want to hold onto my money for as long as possible. See other recent reviews on Trustpilot which show it isn't just me. The only reason reviews are good on this site is that you only get to review after sale completes. So I requested reviews.co.uk to let me review.
If you are reading this, premier appliances then stop lying and blaming IT problems etc and refund me!!”
“I purchased a washing machine from Premier Appliances four days ago (15th November 2022) (order #3612) and other than a confirmation email I have heard nothing from them, not even to tell me when I can expect to receive my new washing machine. I was told it would take "two to four days", however I have not only not seen it, I haven't even heard from Premier Appliances. Poor show!”
