I contacted Customer Services on 21st November to check if the Dyson I wanted was in stock. Christine was very helpful and friendly and as promised phoned me back to advise it was. She stated if I ordered before 4pm it would be delivered the next day. I ordered and the Dyson arrived by 1030 on 22nd November.WOW !!

“Absolutely impossible to assemble not your fault down to dyson I have ended up getting the wand in the wrong way and it is now stuck hard and I am unable to use with the handle. Dyson should really make instruction to assemble much clearer.”
