“I love this place. It's like stepping back in time, in a good way. Products all on display,easy to access and try on, very helpful and couteous staff. No blaring music.. There is a range of products, which I would describe as being towards the premium/quality end of the market. On each visit to the shop I've got exactly what I was looking for.”

“Popped in to ask about ladies underwear. Very polite and helpful assistant took me to the department. Happy to browse and then purchased items. Efficient service at the till. Offered loyalty scheme, which I accepted as I intend to return to what is a proper department store with excellent merchandise.”
